The most important consideration is your time of travel. For peak seasons (e.g., June-October), we advise our clients to book as early as up to 6 months to the trip to guarantee the most preferred accommodations. Although we can take short notice bookings, it could be subject to the availability of rooms in the lodges, camps, and rooms in the facilities at the parks.

Although the US dollar is a widely accepted currency, the local facilities generally accept local currency. However, most hotels, restaurants, and parks accept credit and debit cards. In addition, there are a lot of ATMs that dispense local currencies should you need them.

Although it is not mandatory, we highly recommend our visitors get comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, and inconveniences such as lost luggage, flight, or trip cancellation.

Unfortunately, we do not book international flights. However, we can fully support local and regional movement by air which can be included in your package price.

In case of flight delays or schedule changes that could affect your itinerary, we shall try our best to make the necessary adjustments without any charges. However, should that be impossible and be required to expenses as a result, then this will be borne by you.

All game drives are done using a 4 X 4 Landcruiser Jeep with a pop-up window for videography/photography. The max capacity of the vehicle is 6 persons to guarantee a window seat for every person.

Although tipping is not an obligation, over the years it has become an expectation from the players in the industry. We encourage our customers to see it as an act of giving back to society as well as gratitude for any exemplary service offered. As such no strict policies are guiding the number of tips to be given. However, we recommend that our customers budget for 5-10% of their total budget for tips and distribute at their discretion. The tips can be given in local currency or EUR/USD.
